Major leaks or flooding, no heat in cold weather, sewage backups, electrical hazards, or a home you can't secure. If you smell gas or see fire, leave the home and call 911 first.
What happens next
- We review your request and contact you, usually within one business day for routine repairs.
- We schedule a qualified contractor and confirm the appointment with you.
- We follow up after the repair to make sure the problem is fixed.
